Inhale. Exhale. The Essence of Being Human.

Inhale. Exhale. The Essence of Being Human.

Who am I? What am I doing here? Why was I born human and not a bird or a tree or the wind itself? What happens when this breath, this very one, is the last?

These questions come not from a place of fear, but from a quiet flame of seeking, from a heart that’s alive, present, and awake enough to wonder.

We live in a world conditioned by layers. Religion, culture, trauma, memory, desire. Our thoughts become habits, and our habits shape our identities. Most people live and die never questioning the mold handed to them.

But sometimes, someone pauses.

And in that pause, they notice: the breath.

Inhale.
Exhale.
Uncertain, yet completely here.

This... this is the essence of life. It’s not a grand mystery waiting to be solved, but a sacred rhythm waiting to be remembered.

Buddha once said, “Of all footprints, that of the elephant is supreme. Of all meditations, that on death is supreme.”

He didn't mean death is to be feared. He meant that to truly live, one must become aware of death, not morbidly, but mindfully. Death, the ever-present truth, gently reminds us to live without grasping, without clinging, without postponing love or peace.

To die each moment to craving, attachment, ego, fear. That is liberation.

We think karma is punishment. But karma is simply cause and effect. A thought repeated is a pattern. A pattern becomes action. Action becomes habit. Habit becomes destiny. The beauty is awareness breaks the chain.

Yes, we’ve all made mistakes. Lied, harmed, wandered in confusion. But when the mind wakes up, when the heart becomes still and humble, the past no longer holds us hostage. We bow to it, not as a burden, but as a teacher that brought us to now.

This breath. Right here. Right now. This is the only temple.

Let it be clean.
Let it be compassionate.
Let it be enough.

When you realize this, there’s no need to “become” anything. You are already whole. The dream ends. No more rebirth, not because you're escaping life, but because you’ve completed the lesson.

You become like clear water, nothing to prove, nothing to own, nothing to defend. You give, without needing to hold.

And if you still must return as a leaf, a cat, a river, you’ll return with joy. Not out of karma, but out of love.

So… inhale.
Exhale.
Be soft. Be aware. Be free.
